Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture a highly efficient heat exchanger at small man-hours by winding a specified quantity of tube directly around a main tube, and forming an optimum passage by making reversing of the main tube and returning of a tube guide synchronously. CONSTITUTION:When a driving source 19 is operated, a main tube 1 rotates clockwise and a guide roller attached to a tube guide 20 moves synchronously, and plural tubes to be worked are wound around the main tube 1 simultaneously. When the driving device 19 is stopped after winding a specified quantity, the main tube 1 and guide roller 11 come to a stop and a directly wound spiral tube is manufactured. When the driving device 19 is reversed next, the main tube 1 rotates counterclockwise and the guide roller also returns to the opposite direction synchronously. The diameter of winding is adjusted according to the amount of reverse rotation. A fixing plate is inserted and fixed to the main tube 1 in the finishing side of winding of the spiral tube to complete winding.
