Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture the titled light small-sized transformer easily by intertwisting wires as small as possible in all conductors and forming one conductor wire. CONSTITUTION:A large number of the conductive bare strands are intertwisted to a bundle without insulating and coating, and a core 5 with a circular section is shaped. A semiconductor film 3 and an axially symmetrical insulating film 2 are formed to the core 5, and thin film conductors 4, which are previously insulated and coated and divided and arranged in one layers so that the conductors closely adhere mutually, are disposed onto the outer circumference. The films 3, the films 2 and the conductors 4 are alternately arranged repeatedly toward the outer circumference, and the film 2 is formed to the outermost layer. A ring-shaped magnetic substance 1 on which a secondary coil is wound partially is disposed at a small distance from a coaxial conductor at the outside. The insulating films of the core 5 and both end sections of the conductors 4 are removed, each is collected to a bundle, and terminals 5, 6 are shaped.
