Filters 11A, 11B fitted to the openings 6A, 6B are filters which have a peak of spectral transmission distribution near the wave length of the peak of spectral sensitivity distribution of the photoreceptor. Thus, the peak of the spectral distribution of light radiating the non-working part N is closed relating to the wave length with the peak of the spectral sensitivity distribution of the photoreceptor, and illuminated light can be absorbed efficiently to the photoreceptor 1 at the non- working section N.
