CONSTITUTION:There are yokes 2, 3 on the stationary side in close contact with the both poles of a permanent magnet 1 which has been magnetized in the radial direction attracted to a stationary member 10. The yokes 2, 2 on the stationary side are embedded in an electric conductive member 4 which has high permeability. A yoke 5 on the revolving side in sectionally concave shape which is opposite to the yokes 2, 3 is fixed on a revolving body 6.
