CONSTITUTION: A composition for capturing flying small insects comprising 50W 97wt% polybutene having a number-average molecular weight of 600W3,000, a copolymer obtained by polymerizing a butane-butene fraction consisting of isobutylene mainly and n-butene partially, prepared from petroleum, and 3W 50wt% low-molecular weight atactic polypropylene (APP) having a weight- average molecular weight of <20,000. A blending amount of APP is preferably varied with the molecular weight of the polybutene, for example, in the case of a polybutene having a number-average molecular weight of 600W1,200, the amount of APP is 5W50wt%, and of 1,200W3,000, the amount is preferably 3W 30wt%. This composition is preferably made into a flycatcher ribbon.
