CONSTITUTION:Granular material obtained by compacting powdery organic foaming agent (mixture of azodicarbonic amide and water-containing silica is suitable) and crushing is fed together with plastics pellets (polyolefin pellet is suitable) directly to an extrusion molding machine and mixed, thereafter foamed, molded and the aimed molded object is obtained. EFFECT:Because long time mixing operation is not necessary, productivity is improved, contamination due to the dust, etc. during mixing process is avoided and a uniformly foamed object is obtained.
