Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain said sheet having a large degree of freedom for forming and good appearance and mechanical properties, by using together long carbon filament fabric like article, unwoven fiber like reinforcing material, powder like reinforcing material at the specified ratio and reinforcing thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:A fabric like article woven substantially with the bunched strand of long filament of the carbon fiber (A) and unwoven fiber like reinforcing material (e.g. glass fiber, carbon fiber, synthetic fiber etc.) and/or the powder like reinforcing material (e.g. graphite powder, glass flake etc.) (B) are mixed so as a volume ratio of A/B is 90/10-20/80 and the forming sheet is obtained by composite integration with the hot press etc. using 20-80vol% of said mixture to the thermoplastic resin (e.g. nylon 6 etc.). The predetermined stamping forming is performed by using this sheet.
