CONSTITUTION:The control signals 11a, 11b, etc. are delivered from a control microcomputer 2a and supplied to A/D converters 3a and 3b as well as to relay circuits 4a and 4b. The outputs 12a and 12b of the output interface circuits are supplied to a controlled system 1 to control the operation of the controlled system 1. On the other hand, the outputs 12a and 12b of the converters 3a and 3b, the circuits 4a and 4b, and other interface circuits are supplied to an interface circuit 7 to decide the normal or abnormal state of the control signal, etc. and then supplied to a microcomputer 2b for operation of simulation. The current detectors 5a and 5b plus speed detectors 6a and 6b are connected to the controlled system 1 to detect detection signals 13a and 13b. Then detection signals 14a and 14b are supplied to the computer 2b.
