The outputs 12a and 12b of the output interface circuits are supplied to a controlled system 1 to control the operation of the controlled system 1. On the other hand, the outputs 12a and 12b of the converters 3a and 3b, the circuits 4a and 4b, and other interface circuits are supplied to an interface circuit 7 to decide the normal or abnormal state of the control signal, etc. and then supplied to a microcomputer 2b for operation of simulation. The current detectors 5a and 5b plus speed detectors 6a and 6b are connected to the controlled system 1 to detect detection signals 13a and 13b.
