CONSTITUTION:A spinning ring is composed of a ring rotor 1 with a ring flange 2 on the top, a sliding ring 3 and a holder 4, preferably further of a stopping ring 5. And, the height of the sliding surface of the sliding part is made to 1/3- 1/4 of the total height of the spinning ring and the sliding part is made into two surfaces. For example, a sliding ring 3 with the cross section of reverse L-shape is set on the outer surface of the trunk 6 of the rotor 1 stationarily and a holder 4 is freely set so that the under surface of the top part and the outer periphery of the lower part of the sliding ring 3 form sliding surfaces.
