Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a reference voltage forming circuit by sequentially sampling and holding the peak values of a position signal having phase difference pi/2 and a signal inverted from the position signal via a charging and discharging circuit. CONSTITUTION:Two periodical position signals A, B having pi/2 of phase difference responsive to the position of the rotational shaft of a motor are inverted via inversion amplifiers OP1, OP2 to inverted signals -A, -B. A peak value charging capacitor C10 is provided for each signal of A, -A, B, -B. The peak values of the respective signals are sequentially charged in the capacitor C10 through sampling diodes D1-D4, and are discharged from one peak value to next peak value through a discharging resistor R10. A voltage proportional to (A<->+A<+>+B<->+B<+>)/4 is presented in one period average at the output side of an amplifier OP3. This is inputted to a speed command signal generator.
