Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an X-ray photographing device which shortens the photographing time with high efficiency, by switching to inversely shift the position of an X-ray source during the photographing to the position opposite to the right and left chin joints of a person to be inspected in making his head stride over the position. CONSTITUTION:An X-ray source 20 is supported at an end of a rocking lever 23 which is supported in a free rocking way. The radial center axis E of the source 20 is set with a tilt of a certain angle of depression within a range of 20-30 deg. and to a horizontal axis Lh connecting both outer earholes 13 of a subject. The position of the source 20 during the photographing is shifted by switching inversely to the position opposite to right and left chin joints J of a person to be inspected in making his head stride over the position.
