Abstract
PURPOSE:To remove a defective crossover track between the stages of winding by dropping the bobbin by the sucking force of a cylinder operating a shaft united to the bobbin and the tare of the bobbin while regulating the position by a saw-toothed cam. CONSTITUTION:In a winding device for forming a plurality of coils with different diameters, the cylindrical cam 5 to which a saw-toothed groove is shaped is united to the bobbin shaft 3 combined to the bobbin 1. The cylinder 4 for operation is mounted to the bobbin shaft 3 while pawls 6a, 6b for positioning connected to the saw-toothed grooves are arranged oppositely to the cylindrical cam 5. When varying the stages of the bobbin 1, sucking force is worked by the cylinder 4 while the pawl 6a for positioning is retreated once, the bobbin 1 is dropped by the sucking forceof the cylinder and the tare of the bobbin, falling operation is regulated by the pawl 6b for positioning, and the bobbin is positioned.
