Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to automatic operations by improving durability of an electrode plate and reducing loss of grains, by conducting moisture content measurement for a prescribed period of time and at a prescribed interval in accordance with a target moisture content value in drying operation, and also by controlling a drying machine on the basis of the average moisture content value. CONSTITUTION:A cold discharging and measurement timer circuit 115 sends out a signal for timing of moisture content measurement value reading after elapsing of the time required for crushing a specimen between a top electrode and a bottom electrode and also for discharging of heat from the electrode section. By this timing signal, a one-pulse generating circuit 107 generates a pulse every measurement, and the measurement frequency is counted by a repetition frequency counting circuit 108. An integrating circuit 104 gets from a moisture content measuring circuit 102 an input of voltage corresponding to the moisture content measurement value and generates an output signal corresponding to an average value of the measurement values. This output signal is compared with a present value by a measurement interval setting circuit 105, and a next measurement interval is set in accordance with the difference. When the value reached a preset target value for drying, a drying machine stopping circuit 106 generates a signal for stoppig the drying machine.
