CONSTITUTION:A magnetic disk control device 1 is provided with a time counter 14, and when the magnetic disk control device 1 receives a rotary angle waiting control command from a data processing equipment through an interface line 151 and a data processing equipment connecting means 15, a microprogram means 13 stores the contents of the time counter 14 in a control memory 10. The contents of the time counter, which have been stored by a suitable control timing are compared with those of the present time counter 14, and when its difference exceeds a constant value, control waiting of a specific disk device is shunned by forcibly executing the control to disk devices 2, 3 relating to the rotary angle waiting control command.
