Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve large-sized antenna construction with sufficient antenna accuracy, stable beam directivity and high practicality, by turning a reflection mirror constituted as a torus shape through taking its center axis as a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:A reflector 1 of flexible construction consisting of metal wire net is suspended between a plurality of holding rods 2 located in torus shape, and the rods form a torus surface along a line cured inside. The reflector 1 is connected to a rotary mechanism 4 with a wire 3 suspended from both ends of the rods 2 to the center position. The rotary mechanism 4 is provided at the center axis location of the torus surface and drives the reflector 1 rotatably via the wire 3. A communication device assembled at the inside of the rotary mechanism 4 holds fixedly radiators provided opposingly to the torus surface at an offset power feeding position of the parabola-shape torus surface, and the reflectors 1 is turned to the radiators 5.
