Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a processor for a granular body which grinds, crushes, sufficiently mix, and grinds lump, etc., by mixing a raw-material granular body, thrown in a container, in a fluid state by vibrating force and rotating stirring blades, fitted to a swivel driving shaft provided in the container, at a high speed. CONSTITUTION:In a cylindrical container 2 provided on a vibrator 1, stirring blades 4 fitted to a swivel driving shaft 5 is provided so that it can move up and down. The number of the blades 4 is preferably 1-5, and the external diameter, i.e. length is 1/15-1/3 of the internal diameter of the container 2. For example, when >=2 kinds of granular bodies are mixed in the container 2, the mixture is flowed as shown by dotted lines by the vibrator 1. Then, the blades 4 rotating at a high speed cut said flow, and the condensate of the fine powder is broken by the buffer and frictional grinding effect between the blades 4 and powder, thus performing extremely uniform mixing.
