CONSTITUTION:Rolling stocks 5 and 6 run treading on load converters 7a-7n, 8a-8n in each side of rails 1 and 2 whose outputs are processed by amplifiers 9a-9n, low-pass films 10a-10n, 11a-11n, wheel detection circuits 14a-14n are peak holders 15a-15n, and applied to a processing section 13. The processing section 13 decides the presence or absence of tyre flat based on these inputs.
