Abstract
PURPOSE:To achieve a high frequency oscillator providing a phase shifter enabling easy phase adjustment with a simple constitution, by providing a coupling antenna with a given interval around the external circumference of a dielectric substance forming a dielectric filter inserted to a feedback circuit. CONSTITUTION:A coupling antenna ANT keeps a given intervanl (d) with a dielectric substance element DE forming a dielectric filter DEF and has almost lambda/2 length. The filter DEF is operated as a resonator in the basis mode as TE01delta and couples with the antenna ANT in magnetic field. Since the tip of the antenna ANT is opened, the point of lambda/4 from the tip is a coupling point. The position of the tips T1, T2 of the antenna is moved when the phase of the feedback signal is adjusted and the position of magnetic field coupling is changed. But, since the interval with the dielectric substance DE is not changed, the amount of signal coupling is unchanged and the amount of feedback is constant and the phase adjustment with a wide variety can be made possible.
