PURPOSE:To obtain a product with superior working effect by melt-bonding a prescribed number of branch rods to >=1 vertical rod in a crossing state so that the both kinds of rods are set on the same plane, attaching clip members covering the vertical rod and a main rod to suitable places of the vertical rod, and driving the clip member, the vertical rod and part of the branch rods close to the vertical rod in the main rod. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed number of branch rods 2 are arranged on vertical rods 3 at suitable intervals in a crossing state, and the intersection P of each rod 2 and each rod 3 is melt-bonded so that the center line of the rod 2 and that of the rod 3 are set on the same plane. The rods 3 having the melt-bonded rods 2 are mounted on a main rod 1. Clip members 4 covering the rods 3, 1 are attached to suitable places of the rods 3, e.g., both ends, and the members 4, the rods 3 and parts of the rods 2 close to the rods 3 are driven to the rod 1 by pressing or other method and fixed. The whole assembly except both ends of the rods 2 is then coated with an insulating resin film to finish a product.
