The oscillating directions Y1, Y2, Z1, Z2 of the stylus 11 are set toward 45 deg. to the axis center of the stylus 11 with mutual angle of 90 deg., and oscillators 12Y1, 12Y2, 12Z1, 12Z2 or piezoelectric oscillators 13Y1, 13Y2, 13Z1, 13Z2 are installed so that each oscillation direction is coincident with the axis center on the upper end of the stylus 11.
