Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain predetermined hydraulic pressures by a hydraulic control valve that controls speed or the like by sliding a clutch, in which hydraulic control valve the throttled extent in an oil path is automatically adjusted in accordance with the change in the hydraulic pressure using a force of a spring contained therein.
CONSTITUTION: When a relief valve 24 is moved through an operation laver 25 to position it at approximately the center of a valve chamber 2, the pressure of a hydraulic source 10 is transmitted from a second inlet 4 through a high pressure groove 6, a communication groove 28, a pressure adjusting groove 19 and an outlet 17 to a hydraulic clutch 21. At the same time, a floating valve body 29 is moved to the left, and as high pressure oil is discharged through a vent oil groove 13 and a ven port 12 into a vent ol pipe 15, the floating valve body 29 is stopped at a point where it is balanced with the energizing force of the spring 32. In this state, for example, when the oil temperature rises which results in the lowering of its viscosity, and the amount of the oil escaping from a a throttle groove 14 to lower the pressure in a pressure adjusting chamber 2a, the floating valve body 29 is moved to the right by the spring 32 to throttle the amount of the escaping oil. Thus, the abnormal lowering of the hydraulic pressure transmitted to the hydraulic clutch 21 can be prevented.
