CONSTITUTION:An optical disk 1 consists of a track part 7 having groove- shaped guide tracks, track address information parts 8 formed on interior tracks, and a rotation starting position mark 9. The address information parts 8 are arrayed on arcs which have an angle alpha to an optical disk center 0 in the radius direction of the optical disk 1, and pieces of address information on the tracks are recorded as uneven pits in the form of FM-modulated or PE modulated signals. Thus, a groove-shaped phase variation structure similar to the tracks is formed, improving the producibility of optical disks.
