Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the total height and the length in the radial direction of a compressor, by making the construction of a pump assembly to be a calmped construction with all the component assembled close to each other by means of a through bolt inserted. from the bottom side, and further, by improving the position of arrangement for tuck welded portion or the like. CONSTITUTION:For the constitution of a pump part 20, a rotary shat 6 is in the center position with a roller 7, vane 8 being connected to the outer radius of an eccentric 6a of said shaft 6, an upper bearing 21 on the upper portion of the roller 7, and a cylinder 22 directly below said bearing 21. A lower bearing 9 is arranged below the cylinder 22 as shown in the figure. Casing 1 and pump part 20 are tuck welded in the portion of the flange 21b of the upper bearing 21. Screw holes 21c of the upper bearing 21 and the opening holes vis-a-vis for bolting are bolted with bolts 13 to fasten each part closer to the screw hole 21c. By this constitution, it is possible to reduce the total height and the length in the radial direction of a compressor.
