Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate a mistake in positioning of the original, by adding an original oblique attitude correcting device containing a roll of a low friction coefficient that slips on the original. CONSTITUTION:A roll 5 of a low friction coefficient provided to an original oblique attitude correcting device 4 is distributed opposite to a chute 3 and with an inclination secured to the feeding direction of an original 7. The original 7 of the chute 3 is fed until it touches an inlet positioning member 6 while the oblique attitude is being compensated at the roll 5. Then the member 6 moves down to convey the original 7 to a conveyor belt 2 in the positioned state. In this case, the roll 5 slips on the original 7 when the original butts the member 6. Thus a rotation is secured of a sufficient time during which the tip of the original butts against the member 6.
