PURPOSE:To measure an antibody immunoglobulin accurately and reuseably, by combining an antiimmunoglobulin antibody with already used inactive carrier again to restrain or to remove the interfering substances containing in a living body fluids and using it repeatedly. CONSTITUTION:An antibody immunoglobulin is combined with an antigen corresponding to the antibody immunoglobulin tagged by enzyme under the existense of hydrophobic protein and salts and produced immune chemical complex is adsorbed to the inactive antigen combined with an antiimmunoglobulin antibody by S-S bond. Next, the S-S bond is cut by reducing agent such as dithioslateol and combined body of the immue chemical complex withthe antiimmunoglobulin antibody is eluted. The accurate measurement is performed not affected by the interfering substance of the antibody immunoglobulin in the living body fluids and also, the application of automatic measuring system is achieved because a continuous use of the insoluble carrier is possible.
