Abstract
PURPOSE:To extend the range for forming an inductance as a solenoid having a magnetic core by printing and baking a lower conductor layer on an insulating substrate and printing and baking an upper conductor layer thereon while connecting both ends of the lower conductor layer through a magnetic member to one another. CONSTITUTION:The lower conductor layer 1a of predetermined shape is printed and baded on the insulating substrate of alumina or the like, and a ferrite magnetic material layer 4 having a window and a closed circuit is printed and baked thereon while projecting both ends of the layer 1a. Thereafter, the upper conductor layer 1b is similarly printed and baked on the layer 4 while connecting the layer 1b at the end to the layer 1a. Thus, a film-shaped coil formed of the layers 1a and 1b interposed with the layer 4 therebetween is formed, and a solenoid type film-shaped coil having a wide formable inductance range and being easily trimmed can be obtained.
