Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify the circuit constitution as well as to obtain the highly reliable lower speed priority function for vehicles by a method wherein time division inspection is performed.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of frequency signals fm corresponding to a speed command signal are lead out from an input receiving signal through the input circuit 7 consisting of a band-pass filter 2, an envelope detector 3 and a low-pass filter 4. The signal wave sent from the circuit 7 is inspected by the frequency signal (fo+fn) of the inspection circuit 8 from the frequency signal (fo+fmL) corresponding to the lowest speed and up to the frequency signal (fo+fmH) corresponding to the higher speeds successively under time division, and the lower speed priority circuit 11 is outputted as a limited speed signal when the frequency fo ingredient, which is an inspection output, is generated at the inspection circuit 8. At the same time, the inspection step of the inspection circuit 8 is returned to the lowest inspection step. To be more precise, the output frequency signal (fo+fn) is returned to the lowest frequency signal (fo+fmL) at the moment when the inspection output is turned out, thereby enabling to give priority to the lower speed command.
