Abstract

PURPOSE: To effectively obtain an objective enriched gas by using a cell fabricated by laminating cell units provided with an outlet for enriched gas at intervals of plural cell units group on the side of a permeated gas chamber whose both sides are formed of two selective permeable membranes.
CONSTITUTION: A still unused permeable mixed gas is flowed into a still unused permeable gas inlet 32 by turning a fan 35 by a motor 36, the gas is flowed through laminated cell units 20 by being accelerated by the fan 35. Since a gas flow control plate 37 is provided between the fan 35 and the cell unit 20, the gas uniformly flows through the cell units 20 without biasing to partial cell units. Part of still unused permeable mixed gas flowing through the cell units 20 passes through the gas permeable membrane 21 of the cell units 20, enriched there, and then taken out of the outlet 31 as an enriched gas. On the other hand, still unused permeated gas is partially flowed out of the outlet 33 by as much an amount as regulated by the flow control valve 38, and another part is circulated through a circulation path 34.
