Abstract

PURPOSE: To simply supply electric power to the crystal plate, by forming the supporting mechanism and the electric power supplying mechanism for the crystal plate by the same mechanism.
CONSTITUTION: A holder is provided which consists of two conductive materials 6a and 6b which interpose and support crystal plate 4. For the purpose of obtaining conduction between electrode 5a, which is formed on one face of crystal plate 4, and conductive material 6a and connecting them closely, conductive paste 7a is filled between them. Similarly, paste 7b is filled between the other electrode 5b and conductive material 6b. Then, power is supplied to crytstal plate 4 through conductive materials 6a and 6b. Since the supporting mechanism and the power supplying mechanism for the crystal plate are formed by the same mechanism in this manner, it is unnecessary to bond the lead wire to the electrode and power is supplied simply.
