Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain the printing master with ease and at low cost, by coating a sheet of paper with a low-temperature melting adhesive, copying a printing pattern by the electronic duplicating machine on it, forming a film through a mesh thereon with a film forming agent, heating it to cause the adhesive to be secured to carbon black, and peeling off the paper.
CONSTITUTION: The low-temperature melting adhesive 2 is coated uniformly on the surface of the paper 1 and is dried, and a printing pattern is directly copied on the paper by the electronic duplicating machine. On the carbon pattern on the paper is placed the mesh 6, and onto the mesh 6 is coated thinly and uniformly the low- temperature melting substance or film forming agent 7 for the master which is then dried. Then, a high temperature luminous lamp is irradiated over the film forming agent 7 to heat it, then only the carbon parts 4 can absorb the heat to act like a hot iron to be secured to the adhesive 2 and at the same time parts of the film forming agent in contact with the carbon parts 4 are melted to be secured to the carbon parts 4. Thereafter, the copying paper 3 is peeled off from the mesh 6, so that pores 8 are formed in the film forming agent 7 covering the mesh 6 to obtain the master for stencil printing.
