Abstract
PURPOSE: To shorten working time and reduce the space occupied by a working machine by performing welding work and fusion cutting work automatically and continuously through selective controlling of the same working machine.
CONSTITUTION: A turning frame body 3 is set upright in a U shape and is fixed to a mounting plate 5 in a manner that the opening of the disc W2 of a casing W faces upward and the central axial line of a cylindrical body W1 aligns to the revolving axis K of the mounting plate 5. Joining parts (a)W(c) are welded by the turning in an arrow T direction of the turning frame body 3, the turning in an arrow θ direction of the mounting plate 5 as well as the movement in arrow X, Y, Z directions and oscillation in arrow ψ and α directions of a welding torch 16. The turning frame body 3 is positioned upright in a U shape after the end. Thence, an arm 18 is oscillated by the operation of an air cylinder to hold a blowpipe 19 horizontally, and the supply of gas to an ignition device 21 and the ignition of the gas are accomplished by a control device. The gas is supplied to the blowpipe 19 and the gas is fired. The predetermined circumferential part of the cylindrical body W1 is fusion cut by the turning in the arrow θ direction of the mounting plate 5 and the movement in the arrow X, Y, Z directions of the blowpipe 19 etc., whereby a required number of openings W4 are formed.
