Abstract

PURPOSE: To effectively prevent the vibration of bend portions by enabling supporting of the bend portions of a heat transfer tube movably in the longitudinal direction, and rigidly in the lateral direction, in a large-size heat exchanger used in atomic power generation and the like.
CONSTITUTION: Upon assemblying a heat transfer pipe keep member 12, one of innermost keep pieces 12a is fixed to a fastening member 13, and the bend parts 5a of a heat transfer tube having a small radius of the bend part is fitted in a semicircular cut-out part 12b formed on the side surface of the keep piece 12a. Then, the cut-out part 12b of the succeeding keep piece 12a is fitted in the bend part 5a. By successively assemblying the heat transfer tube keep member 12, a plurality of keep pieces 12a are formed into a single plate-shaped, heat transfer tube keep member 12. Then, the heat transfer tube bend part 5a can be supported so that it can be slided in the longitudinal direction of the heat exchanger in an expansible and contractible manner. Furthermore, since a support member 13 is fixed to a support plate 9, it has a rigidity in the horizontal direction, and has an effect the same as that of a support plate 9 of the straight tube part 5b.
