Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable controlling of the subject facilities only to ventilation driving in intermediate seasons of spring and autumn by performing the control of water heat source pump units arranged in a plurality in a building with use of a two-stage setting thermostat having two set values.
CONSTITUTION: In the water heat source heat pump type air conditioning facilities, a large number of water heat source heat pump units 1 capable of being hidden in the ceiling, for example, are arranged in air conditioning zones at respective places in a building. Heat source water is circulated and supplied through a heat source water pipeline 3 of the same system to a water side heat exchanger 2 of each unit 1, and a heat pump is formed between the water side heat exchanger 2 and an air side heat exchanger 4. In this case, there is provided in each unit 1 a two-stage setting thermostat which emits an ON or OFF signal when cooling and heating room temperature set values determined by a cooling setting dial 10 and heating setting dial 11 arranged in the chamber, are varied by α°C respectively (for example, 1°C), thereby to cause the two-stage setting thermostat to control cooling and heating driving switches 13 and 17.
