Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce the number of parts for the link in the endless tracked vehicle belt of machinery used for the civil engineering construction and of an agricultural equipment, by forming the link plate and the bush in one body.
CONSTITUTION: A link 20 is formed into one body by die-forging of a pair of right and left link plates 11 and 11' and the bush 12. The shoe plate unit is formed by fixing this one-body link 20 to the shoe plate 3 by tightening the bolts and nuts 14 which go through the stop seats 15 and 16. Further, the neighbouring shoe units are mutually connected by pressing the inside end portions with the bush 12 of the link plates 11 and 11' which mutually overlap into the other outside end portions and by the pin 17 through the bushes 12 to form a endless tracked vehicle belt. By using the one-body link 20 the number of parts is reduced compared with the conventional endless tracked vehicle belt.
