Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable to drive the extrusion granulating machine for a long time and to enhance extrusion capacity by a method wherein a leading end of a scraper having a scraping blade protruded from an outer peripheral part thereof is attached to a leading end of an extrusion screw and a front end surface of the scraping blade is slid with an inner surface of a die plate.
CONSTITUTION: An edge 43 of the scraping blade 41 is provided so as to be offset only an angle θ to a rotary direction of the leading end scrapper 37 from a central line passing a rotary center of said scraper 37. Therefore, if a fibrous compound in the molding material is laid across between extrusion pores 50 of the die plate 5, said compound is scraped off by the edge of a slide surface 42 to prevent the clogging of said pores 50 and continuous operation is enabled for a long time. Moreover, hardening of the molding material due to over-kneading or overheating caused by the clogging is prevented. Further, in this case, because a recessed part 44 of a center part of the scraper 37 is not slide and friction heat against the plate is reduced by slide contact in a small area and the hardening of the molding material due to the friction heat is prevented.
