Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Noises in a pipeline 1 through which a fluid to be measured flows are detected 2, amplified 3 and inputted in a delay circuit 4. A delay time τ0 in the delay circuit 4 is controlled by a frequency signal f0 impressed on a terminal 41. The delay circuit 4, an OR circuit 5 and an integrating circuit 6 constitute an operation circuit for the autocorrelation function of a signal en from a noise detecting means 2, outputting an autocorrelation function signal ϕ. This signal ϕ is goven to one input terminal of a difference operating circuit 7, while on the other input terminal thereof is impressed a reference voltage Es corresponding to an autocorrelation function value ϕ00, and a difference signal ε is impressed on a voltage-controlled oscillator 8 so that the delay time is to be ϕ=ϕ00.
