CONSTITUTION:Tracking filter 3 has phase characteristics 3P to frequency characteristics 3F, namely, leading in phase (theta) by 90 deg. at center frequency fc and decreasing in shift in phase (theta) corresponding to the frequency in the passing band of the filter. Further, intermediate frequency signal Si is supplied to phase-comparing circuit 12 and intermediate frequency signal Sj from filter 3 is also supplied to comparing circuit 12 to make a phase comparison, thereby outputting DC signal Sd whose level corresponds to the phase difference between signals Si and Sj. This signal Sd is supplied as control voltage Ea to filter 3 by way of amplifier 13 and adding circuit 11 to constitute phase control loop 10.
