Abstract
PURPOSE: To drive a precast pile into the ground with no noise and no vibration by a method wherein the ground is bored by the rotation of a steel pipe having a bit at the lower end and a spiral type cutter on the outer periphery and after the precast pile is inserted into the hole, the gap between both is filled with a cement paste and finally the steel pipe is pulled out.
CONSTITUTION: An underground hole is excavated by the rotation of a steel pipe 3 having a spiral type friction cutter 1 on the outer periphery and a removable bit 2 fitted at the lower end. Next thereto, the precast pile 6 is inserted into the steel pipe 3 and thereafter, a cement paste 9 is filled into a gap 8 between the precast pile 6 and the steel pipe 3. The steel pipe 3 is rotated reversely and the steel pipe 3 is raised upward by means of the spiral type cutter 1 and it is pulled out. The steel pipe 3 is rotated to be raised upward leaving behind the bit 2 and the precast pile 6, whereas, the filled cement paste 9 enters the gap between the bit 2, the precast pile 6 and the ground, then it is hardened to form a stout surrounding layer 10.
