Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the degree of integration per unit package, by making equal the function of the logic circuit and the performance of high-speed switching, and forming this with a small number of circuit elements. CONSTITUTION:In a longitudinal logic circuit consisting of a plurality of stages of differential type transistors connected in series with the power supply and having the constant current element in common, the pair of transistors 16-19 (or 20-29) being one arm of logical product connection and a transistor 20 (or 30) being another arm is used as the 1st differential type circuit, and the pair of transistors 36, 37 using the 1st differential type circuit as the respective loads is used as the 2nd differential type circuit with the longitudinal circuit constituted along with the constant current source. One of the combinations of the data signals from input terminals 12-15 or 22-25 is selected with the selection signal at the input terminal 10, and the logical product of the data signals is obtained from the output terminal 1.
