Abstract

PURPOSE:To curtail electric power to be consumed and reduce noises and vibrations at unloading by a method wherein an electromotor is applied with all supply voltages when a clutch mechanism is ON, and with a voltage lower than the supply voltage when OFF. CONSTITUTION:A clutch motor 19 is connected to the supply source through a bi- lateral 3 terminal thyristor 20 and an operation lever 17 for operating the clutch mechanism is provided with a detecting device 21 for detecting whether the clutch mechanism is ON or OFF. A signal fed from the detecting device 21 effects action of a control circuit 22 to control the bi-lateral 3 terminal thyristor 20. When the clutch mechanism is ON, all supply voltages are supplied to the motor 19 and when OFF, a voltage lower than that is supplied. Accordingly, an electric power to be consumed at unloading is curtailed and also vibrations and noises can largely be reduced without a lowering of the performance as the clutch motor.
