Abstract
NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by the formula I (R1 and R2 are H, lower alkyl, halogen, form cyclic alkylene ring; R3 is lower alkyl) or its acid addition salt. EXAMPLE:3-Methyl-1,2,3,5,6,7,8,9-octahydroimidazo[1,2-a] [1] benzthieno [2,3-d] pyrimidin-2-one. USE:A drug useful for prevention of thrombosis in the blood vessel, prevention of short term local anemia, and prevention of thrombus of the blood plate during using a supplementing device.
