Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a container which allow retort sterilization and prevents blistering on any synthetic resin film by heat sealing a lid material on a specified condition to a cylinder which is made by rolling and welding a given laminated sheet along both side ends thereof overlapped with a waterproofing applied thereto.
CONSTITUTION: A laminated sheet 2 comprising a synthetic layer, a paper layer, and an aluminium layer with thermoplastic resins mainly composed of high density polyethylene resin as both outer layers is rolled and welded along both side ends thereof overlapped with a waterproofing applied thereto to form a cylinder. The both openings of the cylinder are heat sealed with a lid material 3 composed of an aluminium foil covered inside with a synthetic resin identical to that of the laminated sheet 2. The water of the paper in the laminated sheet 2 is set at less than 6.5wt% at the heat sealing. The cylinder 1 and lid material 3 are welded together under pressure with a hot stamp 5 and a jaw 6.
