Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the double connection of speed change clutches and enable the optimum pressure control by a mechanism wherein shift valves and fluid gradually increasing valves are mounted between each of an oil pressure pump and a plurality of clutch cylinders while the cylinders are controlled by means of logic valves.
CONSTITUTION: An oil pressure pump 7 and lowWthird and forward and backing each clutch cylinder 3aW3e are each connected through fluid pressure gradually increasing valves 4aW4e with shift valves 1aW1e. Logic valves 6aW6c, which open and close a modulate load circuit in response to the functioning of each shift valve 1aW1e and control only one speed change clutch cylinder 3aW3e to a connection condition, are installed into the modulate load circuit of each fluid gradually increasing valve 4aW4e. Thus, the double connection of the speed change clutches can be prevented, and the optimum clutch gradually increasing pressure at each speed change can be set.
