Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable to measure measured object with tight size for the measuring range easily, by fitting the reference block at the location not giving any hindrance to the measurement.
CONSTITUTION: The reference block 11 is located at a position where any hindrance to measurement is given on measured object 10, and the reference block 11 is fixed to the measured object 10 by operating a lever 16 of a magnetic chuck 13. The origin of measurement is set with a block main body 12 of the reference block 11 fixed on the measured object 10, and the axes of X, Y, Z from the origin to each measuring point are sequentially measured for the measurement of the measured object 10.
