Abstract

PURPOSE: To minimize the space for installation by making a unit compact type, in an industrial use air-warming equipment equipped with a burner of large-heat- generating type, by increasing the adiabatic effect of the section receiving thermal influence from a heating source.

CONSTITUTION: When combustion was started by supply of a prescribed volume of fuel to a burner 21a, the combustion gas heats a combustion chamber 21b and a heat-exchanger 21c in a heating source 21. And then, when the combustion chamber 21b and the heat-exchanger 21c rose up the prescribed temperature, a motor 10 is turned, and accelerated air by a blower 9 is discharged from an air-blowing gate 8 to the bottom side in an air-blowing chamber 19. At this time, approximately 80W90% of the accelerated air goes up in the air-blowing chamber 19, becomes warm air at the heating source 21 and discharged from a discharge gate into the chamber. And approximately 10W20% of the accelerated air flows dividedly at intervals of (a), (a') and (c) to contact outside surface of wall of the air-blowing chamber 19 which undergoes thermal influence of the heating source 21, and after thus cooling the wall surface, it joins warm air and is discharged from the chamber.
