Abstract

PURPOSE: To accomplish effective utilization of energy by converting pressure loss to an effective power generation force through an optimal sliding pressure operation according to the load of a plant with a boilder throttle valve and a decompression turbine arranged in parallel.
CONSTITUTION: A decompression system for voltage transformed operation is provided which branches off an inlet of a furnace 7 and returns to an inlet of a primary superheater 24 passing through a pressure regulation valve 16, decompression turbines T1, T2 and T3 and outlet flowrate cutting valves V1, V2 and V3. A valve V0 acts as controlling a pressure at the inlet of a heater in proportion to the load with a signal of a pressure controller 40. The valves V1, V2 and V3 cut steam from the decompression turbines T1, T2 and T3 according to individual load conditions with a signal of a flowrate controller 39.
