PURPOSE:To make working quantity of auxiliary working feeds almost uniform by feeding an electrode and a work relatively for several times along given displacement vectors incremental successively as functions for the working quantity until a discharge working quantity of the work reaches a target allowance. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of displacement vectors a1, b1, c1, a2, b2, c2... a,b,c to vector directions a, b, c are programmed on a paper tape 52 successively and set on N/C 50. The N/C 50 inputs a1, b1, c1... a,b,c successively to vector interpolating circuits 60, 70 whenever a timer 54 changes an output, the vector interpolating circuits 60, 70 displace an electrode 10 by outputting driving signals corresponding to each displacement vector to driving motors 18, 20 through amplifiers 22, 24, thus subjecting a work 12 to discharge working for desired shape. Then, a speed of the electrode 10 displaced according to the displacement vectors is determined according to frequency of a pulse outputted by a conversion circuit 36.
