CONSTITUTION:A diffusion resistor 1, etc. having a positive temperature coefficient near a room temperature and a polycrystal silicon resistor 2 etc. having a negative temperature coefficient near a room temperature are connected in series, and they are formed on a same chip wherein an integrated circuit is formed. With this, an absolute value of a temperature coefficient is reduced and at the same time, a semiconductor resistor having a variable temperature coefficient can be formed on an IC.
