Abstract

PURPOSE: To arrange so that the electric characteristics of tip-shape electronic parts may be processed at high speed, by forming at least two holes through which measurement terminals may be inserted on a flexible strap containing tip-shape electronic parts.
CONSTITUTION: Two holes 9a, 9b are formed on the lower surface of a flexible strap 5 where a reception concave part housing a tip-shape electronic part is located. Therefore, the holes 9a, 9b are formed in such size as not to allow tip-shape electronic part 2 to slip out of position. At the same time, said holes are formed at positions corresponding to the external electrodes of tip-shape electronic part 2. Accordingly, if the number of external electrodes for tip-shape electronic part 2 increases, the number of the holes are formed to meet the number of the former. In this way, a plural number of tip-shape electronic parts in strap form are distributed longitudinally and then held. Thus it is possible to measure electronic characteristics, even if the number of tip-shape electronic parts are in plurality, and measuring and processing at high speed with the use of automatic measuring equipment are facilitated.
