Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the heat transfer efficiency between the tube and a medium by using the tube and a heat transfer plate having the quality whose heat transfer ratio is larger than that of the medium in the tube. CONSTITUTION:In the heat-exchanging tube 3 wherein the heat transfer plate 1 is joined to the inner wall of the tube 2 along the longitudinal direction of the tube 2, the tube 2 and the heat transfer plate 1 having the quality whose heat transfer ratio is larger than that of the medium in the tube 2 are employed. When the case that this tube 3 is used for a heat-absorbing tube in a bath boiler is shown as an example, heating of the tube 3 by a gas flame makes the surface of the inner wall of the tube 2 transfer the heat to the water which is contacting with the surface, while the heat of the tube 2 is easily transmitted to the heat transfer plate 1 whose temperature is lower than the former through the contact with the water, and thus the heat is transferred to the water also by the heat transfer plate 1. As the result, the heat of the tube 3 is transferred through both the inner wall of the tube 2 and the heat transfer plate 1, whereby the efficiency of the heat transfer is improved.
